To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic “Graduate Engineer Trainee and Diploma Engineer Trainee” for Nipro PharmaPackaging India’s Converting Plant located at Shirwal (Maharashtra, India)

About The Role

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee and Diploma Engineer Trainee , you will report directly to the Manager- Production and be responsible for following:

• To study and perform Vials & Ampoules forming machines operations, job change process and setting of all machines.
• To study and analysis daily losses with reasons & action plan to reduce losses, OEE losses & action plan to improve OEE and to monitor manpower efficiency.
• Communicate issues related machines and job change activity.
• Periodic inspection of Vials and Ampoules to ensure products are as per specification.
• To ensure all Vial production lines are maintained in good condition.
• To improve efficiency & reduce rejection
• To minimize time for job setting in shift.
• Reset machine and resolve issue reported from packing & during inspection.
• Hourly inspection of Vials for quality check.

What You’ll Do

• Hourly take feedback from packing for cosmetic & Dimensional parameters.
• Daily fill up B.M.R. report after production complete.
• Daily maintain machine neat and clean.
• Daily audit for PPE usage & safety compliances.
• Prepare daily and monthly report.
• Minimize job change setting time in shift.
• Communicate issues related machines, job change activity to reliever.
• Keep machine and surrounding area neat and clean.
• Ensure all safety practices are followed during shift

What You’ll Need

• Should have completed Graduation in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience – Fresher
• IT Skills- MS Excel, Word and Power point
• Good communication skills – verbal as well as written.
