Job Description & Qualifications

  • Support & contribute to the revenue and profit objectives with data analysis for all IMG markets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on the scope for revenue increase through storyboard process and presentations
  • Identify incremental sales opportunities through new product launches.
  • Support market assessment basis customer needs using internal/external data sources.
  • Support the market on deep-dive analysis for revenue improvement and make strategies and execution.
  • Knowledge of competition and develop best practices across the region with a business case based on learnings.
  • Maintain a good healthy relationship with markets and setup periodic review discussions.
  • Use the latest business analytical tools to get all desired data on Parts and accessories revenue.

Job Description & Qualifications

  • This position will be responsible to provide Engineering & Material Flow Analysis using Discrete-Event Simulation Software packages to support Facility planning and Process improvements.
  • Build, simulate, and optimize the plant operational process flow models using simulation software packages.
  • Understand process flows and effectively represent in a simulation model to achieve better correlation.
  • Design, build and improve infrastructure throughout the large material flow network.
  • Leveraging design of experiments thinking to develop appropriate parameter sweep scenarios to best generate optimal and prescriptive decision making insights.
  • Interpreting simulation output to clearly identify findings, caveats, assumptions, and implications.
  • Transforming simulation data and analysis outputs into clear data visualizations and/or reports to communicate findings.
  • Work with complex Simulation projects based on Lean Manufacturing.
  • Provide technical leadership for large-scale Simulation projects.

Area of professional exposure (technical skills)

  1. Expert in Any of the Following Softwares.
  2. FlexSim / PlantSim / Analogic / Automod.Expert experience with programming required (e.g., C#, VB).
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of discrete-event simulation and/or agent-based simulation. (Expert knowledge preferred).
  4. Prior Hands-on/core technical expertise in Manufacturing operations /Industrial Engg/Material Planning & Logistics /Packaging Engg/ Body Engineering / VOME/ Material Flow Engineering
