Job description
- Attending training sessions on domain, engineering & design software with full dedication & active participation. Undertake training assessment tasks as per the schedule.
- Work alongside experienced Engineers in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical calculations as per requirements in different disciplines
- Work alongside experienced Engineers in design using BIM (Building Information Modeling) work, such as Modeling, including content (family) creation/modifications, coordination & documentation (Sheet creation, tagging & annotation)
- Work alongside Engineers in design using AutoCAD for engineering design, including layouts & schematics.
- Completing daily tasks as per the provided timeline & with the best quality, including Quality control (QC) level.
- Picking up Level 2 & 3 QC comments on time & maintaining a record of all reviews on the server.
- Maintain a daily timesheet based on the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Other Information
- All selected students will be hired as full-time employees on rolls of the company, and will be eligible to all benefits as applicable.
- All selected students will get opportunities to work alongside experienced teams on international projects, in different domains such as Residential & commercial buildings, Industrial Plants etc.
- There will be a structured training program for all selected students after joining.
- Training shall encompass different areas, such as Technical tool-based training on different Engineering software, behavioral and soft skills training required to advance their career in a fast-paced environment
- Technical domain exposure for working in different areas such as Industrial Projects, Residential & Commercial Buildings, etc.
- All GETs will be on a probation period of 06 months and will go through periodic evaluations.
