- Ensure the safety of men and machinery
- Prepare and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules in case of all equipment.
- Plan requirement of spare parts of all machines and monitor their consumption and availability.
- Ensure proper record keeping of maintenance activities / MIS
- Participate in plant development activities
- Manager the team with proper resource allocation and training.
- Learn and carry out other engineering-related activities beyond mechanical engineering to become multiskilled.

Required Candidate profile
- Minimum 3 years experience for B.Tech (Mech.) or 5 years exp for Diploma in Mech. Engg
- Should have worked in the Continuous Process Plant.
- Problem Solving Techniques
- Knowledge on Rotary Air Compressors, Blowers, Thermic Fluid Heater, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Pumps, etc

Job description
- Oversee and monitor the production process, drawing up a production schedule and adjust schedules as needed
- Make daily production planning and ensure it work as per schedule
- Planning of raw material and resources
- Ensure that the production is cost-effective and meets quality standards
- Be part of the team in the selection and maintenance of equipment
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Coordinate with other departments who has a connection with the production
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
- Supervise and motivate the team.

Required Candidate profile
