🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ 3D MEP Modeling: Develop detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
✅ Collaboration: Work with engineers, architects, and other professionals for model accuracy.
✅ Model Updates: Modify models based on revised plans & specifications.
✅ 2D Drawing Extraction: Generate detailed 2D drawings from 3D models.
✅ Clash Detection & Coordination: Run clash detection reports to ensure project coordination.
✅ BIM Library Maintenance: Create and update BIM families.
✅ BIM Standards: Contribute to enhancing BIM best practices within the company.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
💻 Technical Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD & Navisworks
✔ Strong understanding of MEP systems & BIM integration
✔ Good communication & teamwork skills
