| PURPOSE OF POSITION | Support Testing/validation of RAST product and other product family Customer Cable approval process in Rast product family. Lab Calibration |
| SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES | |
| 1.Responsible for Cable approval process per customer request and storing/maintaining the data for future reference in RAST product family | |
| 2.Responsible for product validation/requalification as per standard and storing/maintaining the rseults/data in specified location | |
| 3. Responsible for Lab equipment calibration on time | |
| 4. Responsible for creating models, drawings, product specifications, DVPR, test summary and test report. | |
| 5. working with different Lab across the gloabe to get the PTV test done | |
| 6. cable termination using toggle press | |
| 7. Follow PDP process. Work collaboratively with Peers, supervisors, PM’s, other engineering groups manufacturing plants, application tooling group and Lab. | |
| 8. In depth understanding of assigned product families (SD, E, PK, PS, AS, TS etc.) | |
| 9.Responsible for working on SPO’s, Legacy product maintenance/technical support projects on legacy products, new product support. With support from supervisor working on product modifications /new products | |
| 10. Responsible for design changes (ECR’s and ECN’s) | |
| 11. Understand, aim and achieve organization / department /self goals. | |
| 12. Show value creation, productivity improvement and continual improvements | |
| 13. Responsible for working on CAD tools like NX/ECTR, Engineering change tools – SAP, presentation tools – power point, analytic tools – Microsoft excel etc. | |
| 14. Responsible for self planning of work based on organizational priorities by closely working with supervisor | |
| 15. Imbibe quality in every action / work performed. | |
| 16. Come up with Innovative ideas / product suggestion | |

| Professional Qualification | |
| Experience | 2 to 4 years post qualification experience with min. 1 to 2 in Product Testing and validation experience is addeded advantage |
| Skill Sets & Competencies | |
| 1. Excellent Skill on Testing Standard like EIA, IEC and LV214 standard | |
| 2. Knowledge on Mechanical, electric and environmental tests | |
| 3. Good understanding of Engineering fundamentals. Able to read and interpret specifications | |
| 4. Understanding of product development process | |
| 5. Flexible and ready for change based on organization need. | |
| 6. Basic knowledge of SAP ,ERP and PLM systems. | |
| 7. Good understanding of Engineering fundamentals. Able to read and interpret specifications | |
| 8. Basic Knowledge s in NX / ECTR. | |
| 9. Confident and capable of handling conference calls. | |
| 10. Strong oral and written communication | |
