You will be designated as a Graduate Engineer Trainee

What You Will Do

  • Operate primary CAD systems such as NX or SolidWorks or Creo (Basic to intermediate skill)
  • Develop appropriate design risk mitigations and test strategies using dFMEA & pFMEA
  • Develop appropriate assembly and test fixtures to aid in the manufacture and testing of the design.
  • Develop appropriate drawings to detail part and assembly specifications in a manner compliant with ASME Y14.5 & ISO 1101 or other design standards
  • Generate Engineering Change Orders to document design changes and customer approval.
  • Set up and Perform engineering tests for component verification against mechanical specifications.
  • Selection of material for plastic, metal, and elastomeric parts that interact with the drug
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Design Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
  • Good academic scores from tier 2 institutions
  • Familiar with GD&T application
  • Ability to generate complex solid & surface 3D CAD models & 2D drawings
  • Familiar with various materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate prototyping processes (i.e. SLA, printed, machined, molded)
  • Maintains and respects customer, project, and program confidentiality
  • Motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks
