You will be designated as a Graduate Engineer Trainee

What You Will Do
- Operate primary CAD systems such as NX or SolidWorks or Creo (Basic to intermediate skill)
- Develop appropriate design risk mitigations and test strategies using dFMEA & pFMEA
- Develop appropriate assembly and test fixtures to aid in the manufacture and testing of the design.
- Develop appropriate drawings to detail part and assembly specifications in a manner compliant with ASME Y14.5 & ISO 1101 or other design standards
- Generate Engineering Change Orders to document design changes and customer approval.
- Set up and Perform engineering tests for component verification against mechanical specifications.
- Selection of material for plastic, metal, and elastomeric parts that interact with the drug
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Design Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Good academic scores from tier 2 institutions
- Familiar with GD&T application
- Ability to generate complex solid & surface 3D CAD models & 2D drawings
- Familiar with various materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates strong ability to evaluate and recommend appropriate prototyping processes (i.e. SLA, printed, machined, molded)
- Maintains and respects customer, project, and program confidentiality
- Motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple tasks
