🚀 Hiring: Graduate Engineer Trainee | Molex 🚀

📍 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

🔹 Role Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will collaborate with Product Engineers to develop and implement packaging solutions for Molex products.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop packaging specifications based on product requirements.
✅ Implement Emboss Tape, Tray, Tube, and Bag Packaging strategies.
✅ Use NX ECTR/Team Center to create packaging drawings (SPK, RPK, PKE).
✅ Manage Material Master creation in SAP.
✅ Consult with packaging suppliers for feasibility & cost assessment.
✅ Conduct and validate drop test methods for packaging compliance.

📌 Required Skills & Knowledge:

🔹 Engineering Principles – Strong foundation in mechanical design.
🔹 Technical Specifications – Ability to interpret engineering specifications.
🔹 Material Properties – Understanding of materials for packaging.
🔹 Design & Manufacturing – Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, GD&T.
🔹 Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong analytical and teamwork skills.
🔹 Software Skills – Familiarity with NX ECTR, Team Center, SAP is a plus.
