Your Job
Candidate will provide all kind of CAD Engineering support to all the Product Engineering groups and Tooling Engineering groups across the globe by Creating & Updating the 3D models and the 2D drawings in NX. Creating the ER/CO to release the documents in ECTR/Team Centre.

We provide a wide range of CAD Engineering support to all Product Engineering groups and Tooling Engineering groups globally. Our team is committed in providing exceptional engineering service by creating and updating 3D models and 2D drawings using NX software as per the customer’s requirements. Other areas are reverse engineering, customer model creation, web model creation, Precious Metal Analysis, Migration, and remastering, NX and PTS Automation, and 3D rendering and Animation. Additionally, we assist in the creation of ER/CO, ensuring the release of accurate and up-to-date documents in the PLM system. Our goal is to streamline the design and standardize the documentation process, enabling efficient collaboration across teams and facilitating smooth project execution.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities :
- Supporting the Product development team on CAD projects in 3D (PDM, PSM, TDM) creation and 2D (PDD, PSD, TDD) creation as per the requirement
- Assist in the Migration Project from NX-ECTR to NX-TC, actively participating in the transition process and ensuring a successful implementation.
- Take part in the Customer Model creation project, collaboratively working with various divisions to meet their specific needs and deliver exceptional results.
- Thoroughly understand customer needs, effectively capturing the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to ensure accurate and tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong command of CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team centre), utilizing them effectively to streamline workflows and optimize project outcomes.
- Legacy conversion of 2D data: Provide support for the conversion of legacy 2D data into 3D models.
- Maintain a high level of consistency in producing outputs, ensuring adherence to customers’ Expected Completion Dates (ECDs) and meeting quality standards.
- Proactively identify and report issues or problems in projects to the Team Lead/Supervisor, collaborating closely with requesters to find effective solutions and maintain project progress.
- Engage in both formal and informal project meetings, actively contributing ideas, insights, and updates to ensure effective collaboration and progress.
- Continuously enhance and maintain proficiency in your technical expertise, actively sharing knowledge and best practices within the team to foster growth and improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial Management) OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Other Technical/ Professional qualifications
CAD software NX / Team Center
Experience
Diploma with 3+ years’ experience OR BE with minimum 2+ years’ experience
Skill Sets & Competencies
- Good Knowledge of NX Cad Tool (Part Modelling, Drafting, and Assembly creation)
- Knowledge of Part Family creation, Layer concepts, Copy Geometry, Reference sets, arrangements, and BOM creations.
- Good Knowledge of PLM software’s Team Centre or any other
- Good Knowledge of Product manufacturing and tooling specification.
- Good Knowledge of drawing reading, and correlating the views.
- Good Product development knowledge.
- Very Good Knowledge on GD&T
- Basic Knowledge on Tolerance Analysis
- Additional knowledge of any other CAD tools (Pro-E Wildfire OR Creo 1.0, 2.0 OR SolidWorks)
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Desktop tools like MS Word, MS-Excel & Presentation
Special Skills
- NX Advance, Expression-based 3D model creation, and Sheet metal modelling.
