You will be designated as CAD Engineer

Our Team

You will be a part of Molex-Product Engineering, PSBU Cable Assembly

What You Will Do

• Supporting all the existing CAD projects in 3D (PDM, PSM, TDM) creation and 2D (PDD, PSD, TDD) creation as per the requirement
• Understand the customer requirements and convert them into Engineering Drawings & Specifications
• Work with the manufacturing plant to understand the DFM issues and address them before the drawing release
• Review change requests make the necessary updations in the drawing and release them timely
• Consistency in maintaining the Quality and delivery of outputs by meeting the customers ECD’s
• Reporting issues & problems in the project to the Team Lead/Supervisor, Working with the requester on solving the issue.
• Participating in formal and informal project meetings
• Ensure compliance with all Molex policies & procedures in all areas
• Be passionate about the Job you do enjoy self-learning and increase your knowledge to attain self-actualization.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Any other projects/work assigned by management

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Industrial management/ Electrical and Electronics)
• Basic Knowledge of the CAD tool (NX) and PLM system (Team center)
• BE/ B.Tech with minimum 1+ years experience
• Working experience in CAD software – UG NX and PLM Teamcentre is preferred

What Will Put You Ahead

• Basic Knowledge of NX CAD Tool
• Knowledge in PLM software (Team Center) is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing process and product development process.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand the requirements
• Critical thinking mindset
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Good in Desktop tools like MS Word, MS Excel & Presentation.
