• Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/Production) (3+ and 6+ years), M.E (Design/CAD-CAM/FEA/production) (4+ years)
• Min experience: 3+ Experience

Description

• Dynamic Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 6+ years of experience in design and development of injection molding machines, extrusion machines, Special purpose machines involving heavy structures, castings and light weight fabrication etc.

Requirements:

1. Sound knowledge in end to end product design and development of Injection molding machines.
2. Design and develop complex pieces of equipment such as Screws, twin screws, manifolds and precise equipments like, tie bars, cylinders and valves.
3. Concept design, design calculations (Machine design/bending/torsion), material selection and knowledge about heat treatment process.
4. Customization of Standard and New machines with variant configuration.
5. Knowledge about SPI/Euromap standards in design and development of injection molding machines.
6. Reverse engineering and design optimization for cost reduction.
7. Good knowledge in manufacturing process such as casting, heavy fabrication and light fabrication, welding and machine operations.
8. Good knowledge in sheet metal design and specifications.
9. Extensive knowledge of GD & T, welding symbols, surface finish, Tolerance stack up, limits and fits
10. Creating detailed drawings (Part drawings, Assembly drawings and GA drawings)
11. Creating BOM for the entire machine.
12. Knowledge about hydraulic pipings and fitting selection.
13. Act as a liaison engineer, handle the global projects and interact with global clients
14. Knowledge about DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, SPI and Euromap standards.
15. Knowledge about plastic materials.

Tool Experience:

1. Cad tool: Hands on experience in Creo 4.0 (Solid Modeling/sheet metal/Drawing/Layout/large assemblies)
2. PDM: Wind-chill 11.0
3. ERP tools: Oracle (JD Edwards) Basic knowledge
4. Math cad 2000 (Basic knowledge)
