Seeking dedicated Manufacturing Associate in Sanand, Gujarat, India to contribute in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Man multiple machines, ensuring consistent and accurate operation.
• Apply computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.
• Provide machine coverage during breaks and log machine activity accurately.
• Monitor equipment performance, promptly communicating any discrepancies to your Lead.
• Working hours are 12 hours shift with biweekly rotation for day and night.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical and Electrical, Passout year 2023, 2024
• Proven ability to work 12-hour shifts with biweekly rotation for day and night.
• Demonstrated capability to follow process specifications and ensure product quality.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to 6S standards.
• Dedication to completing certification and recertification requirements.
• Effective communication skills for clear pass down and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering role.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and ergonomic practices.
• Proven track record of identifying hazards and suggesting improvements.
• Ability to work collaboratively and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Eagerness to participate actively in training and development opportunities.
