Metalman Auto (P) Ltd. is engaged into Engaged in the Manufacturing of Sheet Metal, Tubular, Light & Heavy Fabricated Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, and Parts with all types of Surface Finishing In houses is a journey of 36+ years. We serve/present ourselves as a one-stop shop for all your fabrication needs and are currently catering to Global Automotive OEMs, Heavy Fabrication & Construction Equipment Industries, Off-Road Vehicles & White Goods Industries. From the first plant in 1986, METALMAN has grown to establish 12 – plants (Including the Engineering Centre) along with 2 additional sister concerns & 1 JV. All our Plants are Certified with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007, DUNS–919752928.

We employ 5099+ employees across all Indian plants which exclude more than 1016+ engineers, catering as Tier 1 and Tier 2 to Indian and Overseas OEMs.

Our R&D Department is capable of meeting all design and prototyping demands of our customers within a stipulated time with the support of our In House Tool Room having state-of-the-art Machinery to manufacture all types of Tools, Jigs, Fixtures, and Gauges suited to our products.

Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends in the automobile industry.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion.
• Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating business development activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

• Should have good communication skills, presentation skills.
• Also, have a good command of PowerPoint and M.S. Excel.
