Job description
- The Engineer is responsible for the support of the Computer Aided Design (CAD) & Mechanical Design needs for new and existing products.
- The Engineer is expected to have the appropriate background and experience of medical product development process (Pre PDP & PDP) and its cross functional aspects.
- It is expected that the Engineer is capable of carrying out the design task with minimal supervision.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 7 years of design experience.
- Hands-on 2+ years’ experience in surgical devices.
- Hands-on CAD systems such as Creo – Expert level (Drafting & Modelling) as well as management systems such as Windchill
- Hand-on experience on concept development, prototyping, and testing
- Good Communications and presentation skills
