Position – Intern: Graduate (Tech)

Job description
- Support engineering development testing and characterization for Mechanical elements per Mechanical subsystem plan, adhering to Medtronic Quality requirements.
- Support for development of subsystem verification protocols drafting and Execution – Components & system level testing, interfaces, fluid circuit components etc., adhering to Medtronic Quality requirements and project milestones.
- Support design team to perform system characterization testing and helping with data analysis and results interpretation.
- Support for design(CAD/CAE) & documentation (Architecture, requirements updates, BOM and part specification updates etc.), adhering to Medtronic Quality requirements.
- Perform hands-on work in the lab.
- Maintain high quality documentation of the entire design
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial and Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 1 year work experience as a verification/test engineer for multidisciplinary technical products.
- Good academic record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred (not compulsory)
- Masters in Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, and Automobile Engineering related disciplines.
- Demonstrated skills in academic/ external hardware projects with a background of programming in C/Matlab or similar languages
- Demonstrated skills in CAD/CAM/CAE & with industrial project execution Knowledge.
- Hardware related certification/ courses would be an added advantage
