Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. KEY RESULT AREAS

• Supporting Machine Shop Maintenance
• To Monitor, and control Maintenance measurables MTBF/MTTR
• Preventive Maintenance Adherence.
• CBM Condition Base Monitoring Parameters adherence.
• Spare Planning .
• Cost controlling
• Adhere DWM Activities.

2. SCOPE / DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB

• Handling day to day Maintenance activities including attending
• Break down, Analysis using WHY-WHY Analysis, 5W1H,
• ISHI KAWA Diagram etc.
• Scheduling PM & CBM Activities.
• Trouble shooting and analytical approach.
• Improvement activities planning & execution
• Man power handling & utilization monitoring.
• Installation & commissioning of equipment
• Adhere to all type of safety norms stipulated by statutory agencies

Education Qualification

• 4 to 8 Years Max (with Degree Mechanical)
