Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- To deliver Electric-Powertrain NVH virtual DVP to meet vehicle level NVH requirements
- Should be able to do finite element modelling and Electro magnetic simulation of eMotor,Inverter, Eaxle components & Systems.
- Execute Full Vehicle MultiBody dynamics Models for driveline systems as per set process and quality
- Support benchmarking and NVH target setting for New Electric Powertrain programs
Experience
- 2 to 4 Years
- Knowledge on Modal analysis, Point mobility,1m PT NVH, Forced response analysis for powertrain and driveline modal
- Knowledge on simulation tools like AVL Excite ,FEV Virtual dynamics ,MSC ADAMS Car, MSC ACTRAN, MSC NASTRAN
- Electro magnetic simulation, FEM and BEM techniques, Modal Analysis, TPA, & Vibro-Acoustics Analysis
- Must be experienced in Vehicle and EPowertrain NVH, Driveline Torsional analysis, Order analysis, Automotive Systems. and Modal analysis and Driveline Modal frequencies
Qualifications
- ME or MTech in Mechanical Engineering / Machine Design
General Requirements
- GATE Score > 90%
- Prefer MTech from IIT or other reputed colleges
