- Vehicle Body, Chassis, Trims, Mechanisms, Seals, Glass system-evaluation at vehicles level on proving grounds, RWUP, Customer focus with frugal test case development.
- DVP preparation, Test planning, Test case preparation, DVPR.
- Test driving skills.
- Should handle System level test execution and follow up with SEL, DFMEA sessions with the design team & supplier-level test cases.
- Experience in Buzz Squeak Rattle BSR, NVH/ Body & Trim development assessment w.r.t subjective and objective noise level measurement of complete vehicle level and degradation monitoring.
- Test execution of complete vehicle viz., Water wadding, Shower, Door closing effort, Interior cabin system customer usage, and test case development.
- Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure.
