Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Reducing the consumables by identifying the usage accorinding to the operations
- Making the assembly process better for zero defect vehicle to delight the customer
- Continuously in touch with Shop Floor In-charge and keeping an eye on any dispute and resolve them asap without making them reportable.
- Encourage the manpower for learning and up gradation of skill set
- To achive the daily targets by managing the shop floor activities, as per Plan and in Safe conditions
- Managing the Shop Level Safety and related system
- Responsible for achieving the daily targets by coordinating with interal department for smooth production & Defect free product, Identify the in coming problems for safe and smooth production.
Experience
- 2- 5 years of relevant Work Experience

- Conceptulization of System & sub system of Diesel engine in 3D layout
- Confirming DFA & DFSrequirment at
- Design calculation for critical components.
- Preparation & review of 2D drawings with DFC & DFM points
- Incorpoartion of GD&T & consideration of stack up in assembly & part drawings.
- Prepartion of layout drawings.
- Interaction with Component development team & supplier for part development.
- Coordination with CAE for providing inputs for simulation.
- Carrying out DFMEA at component level
- Execution of drawing release process.
- Supporting part devlopment
Experience
2 to 5 Years
Industry Preferred
Manufacturing industry with Engine design at India
Qualifications
ME/M.Tech/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)
General Requirements
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job “* Thorough exposure to 3D CAD tools
- Hands on Uni Graphics (UG nx10 & above) experience
- Knowledge on simulation tools
- GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis, DFMEA
- Software Tools : Unigraphics/IDEAS/PRO E
- Basic knowledge of PLM/Teamcenter”
