  • Body assembly Manufacturing feasibility study and feedback to R&D.
  • Simultaneous Engineering of Projects as per the new products.
  • BIW process planning. Layout preparation and finalization.
  • Body shop tools and Equipment planning. Techno/Commercial Comparisons amongst different Suppliers.
  • Fixture design concept layout finalization and Approvals, fixture tryouts, and troubleshooting.
  • Feasibility study of BIW shop equipment like (Guns, Robots) configuration finalization, Planning, Installation and troubleshooting
