Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Foundation brakes, ABS, ESP evaluation on vehicles
- Vehicle level testing & validation for Brake system – Foundation brakes, ABS, ESP, Parking brake
- Test planning, test case preparation, Result analysis & Reporting.
- Participation in various development activities for Brakes – Pedal feel, ABS, ESP, Pre-homologation
- Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution.
- Design verification plan preparation for Brakes systems w.r.t various stages in proto development.
- Field failure analysis & PDCA cycle development.
- Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure.
Experience
- 3~5 years

- Overall knowledge of Tractor systems, controls, and implements
- Understand project requirements and milestones
- Expertise in UG NX 10 & TC
- Participation in QFD, benchmarking of competitor tractors on ergonomics factors
- Knowledge of anthropometry and farmer driving habits/usage pattern
- COnverting customer voice into design inputs
- Evaluate operator workspace and finalize the ergo layout
- Discomfort assessment on Ramsis or Jack to get an optimum control position
- Ergonomic report preparation, discussion with Vehicle architecture and follow up
- Knowledge of statutory/homologation requirements for positioning of controls or system.Assembly and Serviceability requirement in tractor
- Mockup an evaluation with Jury and feedback capturing
- Monitor virtual Ergonomics and resolving issues
Experience

- To design, develop and implement lighting system (Headlamps, Taillamps,
- Fog lamps etc) meeting all functional, quality & regulatory standards/requirements within the project timeline.
- Should have knowledge in regulations & production process of lamps
- Should have detailed knowledge on Catia V5, optical design, light sources including LEDs
- Knowledge of LED-based lighting design, LED drivers, Desing calculation on current/power w.r.t light intensity
- Different lighting electronic module design, development, and manufacturing process understanding
- Must demonstrate a high degree of problem-solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of tools used in DFMEA, problem-solving tools and techniques, and project management tools,
- Fluent in the use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, project, etc.
- BOM Management using team center will be an added Advantage
- DVP Preparation & Verification on the component(Supplier end ) & At Vehicle Level.
- Understanding of Electrical component packaging will be an added advantage
