Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Weekly production Planning for FG and Aggregates in APO by maintaining supplier constraint, ensuring master data accuracy, by coordinating with CPPC, PPC, SAP APO team.
  • Coordinating with SCM, outbound, Inbound, Accounts, CPPC for preparing data for APO free run. Sharing data to APO team or uploading data in APO, taking APO run and then sharing the output with analysis and exceptions. Share opportunities for additional cost saving. Highlight the exceptions if APO suggested output is differed. Measuring performance/saving achieved or opportunity loss at the end of the month.
  • Monthly Material Planning by maintaining master data, min safety stock and executing the required process chain. In case of any concern or new enhancement, Coordinating with SCM buyers and IT team for correction in system or new developments including testing and explaining to buyers.
  • Ensuring 100% accuracy in weekly schedule line generation in SAP maintaining by master data, Safety stock. Prepare reports to analysis the output and to check its accuracy. Coordinate with Buyers, SAP team, CPPC to improve accuracy.
  • Define process flow, its ownership and digital solution for exiting processes like EN, project parts
  • Inventory reduction plan by sharing potential parts, Inventory MIS
  • Monthly, weekly Inventory MIS and Exception reports for excess inwarding, master data correction
