Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Manage a set of dealerships and dealer team to achieve the business parameters like volumes, market share, collection, deliveries, spares part sales etc.
  • Inquiry generation and management (CDMS.
  • New dealership development along with Channel team.
  • Ensuring viable distribution network by appointing dealers, sub-dealers for appropriate market coverage.
  • Implementation of specific incentive schemes for dealers.
  • Participate in development and/or execution of field activities.
  • Ensure availability of trained manpower in adequate quantity at dealerships, developing them for pre-sales and sales processes, new product features / modifications.
  • Executing company strategy at dealership along with local level sales promotion campaigns, product launches etc.
  • Scrutinize the Financial Health of dealer.
  • Liaison with financial institutions / banks for exploring new avenues for retail financing of product.
  • Track the competitor activities, capture feedback on performance of competitor (and our) products

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Experience in Sheet metal design of Upper Body / Closures / Underbody / Cargo / Body fittings
  • Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and the ability to create 3D models and2D drawings/ 3D Annotations of the components being designed using appropriate software tools.
  • Demonstrates ability to gather information for generating concepts. Generates and analyzes multiple concepts /proposals to select the most optimum design
  • Creates parametric models for complex parts/ sub-assemblies by incorporating the right dimensions
  • Decides parameters for gathering relevant information at a subsystem level. Interprets benchmark information to generate proposals for part/assembly
  • Generates multiple alternatives of Master sections based on Vehicle Architecture, benchmarking, strength requirements and other system constraints
  • Finalises the sub system design meeting all requirements like Styling data, manufacturing requirements, SAM and performance, durability and Homologation requirement
  • Understands advantages / disadvantages of commonly used metal types and grades to evaluate different options for design of BIW subsystem.
  • Understands functional requirements (e.g. thickness, tolerances, load paths, stiffness, etc.) and manufacturing requirements (stamping, 2T/ 3T welding, fixturing, corrosion prevention etc.) to design BIW parts and assemblies.

  5. Concern logging for engine component failures during the trial
  6. Interaction with development team /supplier for excuting trials and failure investigation.
  7. Maintaining test history sheet

  9. Planning, Scheduling, adherence to test bed Preventive Maintenance & Test plan.
  10. Up keeping of functional testing & testing equipments.
