Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Manage smooth sales execution at Dealership and Distributor level to ensure revenue generation and growth subsequently.
  • Activation, Enquiry Generation and Conversion at the Dealership/Distributor level.
  • Coordination for Retail and Wholesale finance.
  • Ensure Product availability and right product mix @ dealer point.
  • Implementation of State level strategy and achievement of State Farm Machinery targets.
  • Managing business with complete financial discipline.
  • Promotion of Self Propelled combine Harvesters and Tractor driven implements to ensure State Farm Machinery business growth.
  • Liaison with Government officials (Agriculture officials.
  • identify Dealerships/Distributors and Retailers to develop a channel network to increase coverage as well as business.
  • Conduct detailed competition analysis, identify gaps at Dealer/Distributor level and designing specific action plan against competition in those markets.
  • Appointment of new Dealership/Distributor who can bring business and are financially stable.
  • Training the Dealerships/Distributors and his available manpower on Implements and selling.
  • Enhancing dealer profitability through Farm Machinery business.
  • To interface with the marketing service cell and the manufacturing cell at the Head Office for speedy resolution of service issues at the area office like pending warranty claims, chronic problems etc.
  • Timely supply of all Farm Machinery products service level 90% plus against monthly demand.
  • Coordination with State Tractor team to ensure States Farm Machinery business targets.
  • To ensure resolution of customer complains for sustainable Farm Machinery business.
  • Positioning of New Agricultural Equipment in buoyant market
