Job description
- Responsible for preparation of proto build PFC, Control plan & build DVP
- Responsible for daily work management of proto vehicle build activities
- Responsible for vehicle build process adherence
- Responsible for build concern tracking & resolution
- Coordinating with the design team, vehicle integration, and internal shops to execute the planned action in projects
- Responsible for build key deleverables as per MPDS guidelines
- Participation in Design Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to the design team by representing build team
- Complete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to the testing agency for design validation
- Vehicle build quality evaluation
- Vehicle repair & rework
Qualifications
- BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Automobile with 6+ years
