Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1)To understand and analyze the market, develop a plan for the stockiest parts sales targets
a) Primary Sales
b) Collections
c) Development and monitoring of retailer network and secondary sales
d) Development and monitoring of mechanics, end-user channels, and local promotions.
e) To provide market feedback in terms of product, quality, pricing, etc. to ensure that they are in tune with market requirements.
f) To work with the Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, and Spares team in the zone and warehouse to ensure goals and objectives set for the Territory are met
g) To build rapport with Distributors/ Distributors to ensure that the channel is developed.
h) To develop local promotion and branding strategy.
i) To provide information on the performance of Distributors on a monthly basis.
j) To redress problems/ complaints of Distributors/ distributors by providing timely & relevant MIS from time to time to the Zonal Manager.

- B E / B Tech Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile
General Experience
- Fresher- Out of college from the same year of hiring
- Any experience in the Automotive/ Engineering Industry will be added advantage

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point)
- Data, Trend analysis & Forecasting skills
