Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Plan and organize periodic audits to ensure quality-assured processes and systems.
- Provide technical support to vendors to sustain and continuously improve the quality of components supplied.
- Provide technical support to establish process stability/capability.
- Identify the need for corrective action by vendors for any deviations from established standards.
- Adherence to Quality Systems Requirements.
- Upgrade Supplier Capabilities through Formal Training.
- Understand customer needs and correlate those requirements to product characteristics. Supplier Evaluation.
- Ensure continuous improvement in Supplier Quality (GR and LR and Field Complaints related to a bought-out component
Education Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile
