🚗 Hiring: Engineer – PDC | Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd 🚗

📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
📌 Experience Required: 2 – 5 years
📌 Industry Preferred: Automobile (Engine Testing)
📌 Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Engine Mounting & Testing – Prepare engine mounting sign-off sheets and execute test cycles.
✅ Performance Monitoring – Maximize test run utilization and log concerns for engine failures.
✅ Failure Investigation – Coordinate with the development team & suppliers for issue resolution.
✅ Test Bed & Equipment Maintenance – Plan preventive maintenance and manage testing instruments.
✅ Data Analysis & Reporting – Prepare test history sheets, limit files, and final reports.
✅ Team Management – Led a team to ensure DVP completion and troubleshoot equipment failures.
✅ Safety & Compliance – Implement 5S and workplace safety measures.

🛠 Required Skills & Knowledge:

🔹 Engine Testing Expertise – Performance, durability, emissions, and functional tests.
🔹 Technical Proficiency – Engine specs, test standards, wiring harness, and instrumentation.
🔹 IC Engines & Components – Strong understanding of diesel, gasoline, and CNG engines.
🔹 Automation Systems – Knowledge of PUMA, EDACS, ORBIT-E.
🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
🔹 Vibration Measurement & Analysis – Hands-on experience in testing environments.
🔹 Cross-functional collaboration – Ability to work across teams for project execution.
