Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Execute the CAD tasks (2D+ 3D) in CATIA V5.
2. Experience in BIW,Sheet metal design,Master Sections.
3. Follow defined methodology for creation of the CAD models and drawings, CAD file management in Teamcentre
4. Follow processes, standards, guidelines and meet quality
5. Ensure daily delivery targets for the given tasks.
6. Basic knowledge in Sheetmetal forming, Assy sequence & Tolernacing (GD&T)
7. Benchmarking study for BIW
8. Working with CFT like VI, Trims

Experience

1- 4 yrs

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE / Diploma In Mechanical /Automobile Engineering

General Requirements

Good Knowledge of

1. Sheetmetal Design.
2. Sheet Metal Manufacturing Process.
3. BIW Welding Process
4. GD&T
5. CATIS V5 & TEAM Centre
