Position – Dy. Manager- Chassis Dynamometer Testing(CLPL)
Company – Mahindra & Mahindra Limited
Location – IN

Development of Standard Chassis Dyno Cycle based on Domestic/Export market Road drive pattern
Field failure Simulations in Chassis Dyno by developing Resonance Cycle
Knowledge of Endurance & Performance Test cycles
Knowledge of chassis dyno software for generating cycles and recording data
ARAI homologation tests and BSVi certification trials
Test cycle Programming
Installing of Rider ROBOT for automatic driving
Climatic simulation Chamber System for various Climate simulation Testing like Hot & Cold
Knowledge of Gear Change Test, QAD Test, Clutch Burning, Oil consumption trials Test, etc
Preparation of Testing Reports, Suggestion and Improvements to avoid Future Field Complaints
Various competitor vehicles to be benchmarked based on EMS strategies
Co-ordination with NVH,CAL EEE,CAE, Design team for respective department test & measurements
