Position – Assistant Manager (Plant Quality CQA)

Job description
- Planning Manpower for Inspection and Work allotment to meet day requirements
- Conducting inspection on Finished Vehicles to meet customer requirements
- New Projects Outgoing Vehicles Quality establishing
- FTR Validation for Part Level Changes for EN Implementation
- Ensuring FIFO of Vehicles to Marketing team
- Analyzing defects related to quality on a product using basic Quality tools
- Coordinate & provide a supporting hand to customers.
- Audit of various quality parameters through process & product audit.
- Improving quality parameters like RPT, Dock audit, etc.
- To identify, provide & evaluate the training needs for sub-ordinates improvement/ skill upgradations /motivation.
- Preparing quality MIS and attending meetings like Projects, Vehicle Show & tell meeting and Change Management.
- Driving several improvement projects such as Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings
Qualification & Competencies
- BE/ BTech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience
- Should have+C4 preferable knowledge of Auto components, its operations & application.
- Can identify and apply the latest techniques in measurement, statistical analysis and quality assured processes.
- Can conduct Statistical analysis to aid decision making relating to process/product improvements.
- Should be able to reduce any unplanned absenteeism of workmen and conduct tactical training sessions and multi-skilling plan of workmen through OJT.
- Sound knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 7 QC Tools, Control Plan.
- Documentation knowledge under IATF16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, and TPM will be preferable.
- SAP Working Knowledge on PP & QM Module
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements – CMVR
