Job description
- Business Unit/Division – Mahindra Heavy Engine Ltd.
- Reports To – Department Head/ Quality Manager
- Place of Posting – Chakan Pune
- Daily job description for MQA Assembly Line
- Daily Process & Product audit on Engine Assembly Line& Testing.
- SPC & MSA (Statistical Process Control) measures to achieve
- Daily analysis for in-house rejection & RTV (Return to the vendor) rejection through QCRT approach (PPM)
- Daily audit for CTQ parameters & Z stage.
- Kaizen related to quality and adherence of 5’S and standardize work in shop floor’
- Attending & solving of Assembly & Parts problems for achieving the Quality targets through 7-QC tools & QC story.
- Layout inspection for machining parts.
- Problem-Solving through QC Story Approach on Assembly & testing Concerns
- Adherence to LQOS, APQP requirements
- Deeply involvement in the document updation like that PFMEA, Control Plan, PFC.
- Working on Zero Defects for assembly & Testing Process
- Knowledge of Engine Testing Parameters
- Lead QCRT
- Adherence to ISO- TS, IATF, MQS Excellence, TMW
- Handling of manpower for shift allotment, IR issue, etc.
- Basic DOE Skills
Qualifications & skills
- Bachelor Degree In Mechanical / Automobile/Production
- Industry Preferred – Automobile/ Auto Components
- Computer Knowledge
- MS- Office, SAP, Anies
- Additional Skills

- Must be having leadership qualities
- Must know problem-solving techniques
- Must be a very good communicator both written / oral (English)
