Position – Assistant Manager – Equipment (TCF)

Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Knowledge of TCF equipment e.g. Assembly and Intershop Conveyors/ Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems/Manipulators/ Engine/ Rear Axle decking Systems, Lifting and Handling Devices, Engine Decking Pallets, Rear Axle decking Pallets/ Assembly Tools.
- RFQ/Scope Preparation and Supplier Technical Evaluation for above Equipments.Prepare and follow PFMEA/MFMEA of equipment.
- Design Approval of required systems with Project tracking.Installation and commissioning of equipment with punch item list and without missing the Project Timelines.
- Coordinate with supplier and Plant (Customer) to eliminate new equipment installation and commissioning Issues.
- Execute and improve the effectiveness of PM, TBM, and CBM activities on equipment by properly defining the details in Scope documents.
- Supports production department for day-to-day activities and smooth implementation of Installed Equipment.
- Should be flexible for implementation of the project at multiple plant locations, irrespective of the member’s base location.
- Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, and Automation of equipment will have an added advantage to this.
- Knowledge of Simulation software, 3D designs, CATIA
Preferred Industries – Automotive Industry, Automobile, Auto/Spares, Auto Components
Education Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
- Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile
- Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
General Experience
- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience.
