Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- To ensure PTCED output and its production-related activities.
- To Control CED/Paint defects due to Process.
- To perform the various lab tests required for PTCED.
- Coordinate and provide a supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
- To Monitor and control absenteeism online by the planning of cell members’ leave.
- To find cost-effective solutions for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, and implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
- To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
- To maintain the safety of equipmentÂs by monitoring safety interlocks.
- Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop equipmentÂs like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners.
- Understanding of ED/Paint defects and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes
- Knowledge of TPM
- Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
- Knowledge of Best practices in Industry “

- 3-7 Years
