Job description

To ensure PTCED output and its production-related activities.
To Control CED/Paint defects due to Process.
To perform the various lab tests required for PTCED.
Coordinate and provide a supporting hand to customers (Internal and External)
To Monitor and control absenteeism online by the planning of cell members’ leave.
To find cost-effective solutions for the consumable Items by monitoring, suggesting, and implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
To maintain the safety of equipmentÂs by monitoring safety interlocks.
Hands on experience of handling PTCED line, Knowledge of Paint shop equipmentÂs like spray guns, pumps, blowers, burners.
Understanding of ED/Paint defects and trouble shooting.
Knowledge of Manufacturing process and Supplier processes
Knowledge of TPM
Knowledge of Quality tools and systems
Knowledge of Best practices in Industry “
