Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for creating drawings for new product as per the product specification defined by the product development team and in line with design quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Basic Knowledge of engineering drawings.
- Good in Engineering drawing study and understanding capacity.
- Hands-on in AUTO-CAD tools and drafting knowledge.
- Creation & Design of drawings under the guidance of Manager -PDC
- Good knowledge of Lathe machines and machining process.
- Sound knowledge in measuring tools.
- In-house inspection of molds and mold accessories inspection report management.
- Inspection of molds and tooling at the vendor site.
- Support to achieve departmental targets.
- Timely update of status reports.
- Hands-on experience MS office software.
- Hands-on experience in CAD software (NX-CAD and CATIA
Knowledege & Skill
- Should have strong knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in CAD software (NX-CAD and CATIA) (Added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for creating drawings for new products as per the product specification defined by the product development team and in line with design quality standards. This position is also responsible for coordinating team members for the timely delivery of drawings for manufacturing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in CAD software ( AUTO CAD, NX-CAD and CATIA )
- Conversant in Tyre mould and mould accessories draw.
- Good knowledge in Mold and tooling drawing study and design.
- 3D modeling of molds, toolings for an in-house product review.
- Exposure to Tire mold design methodology and manufacturing process.
- Inspection of molds and tooling at vendor site and in-house inspection.
- In-house IR checking and approval of molds and tooling and data management.
- In case of modification to the molds is required, make the drawings incorporating the changes and communicate the same to the manufacturing.
- Timely update of status reports.
- Support to achieve departmental targets.
Knowledge & Skills
- should have strong knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Hands-on experience in CAD software (NX-CAD and CATIA)
- 4-6 years experience in mold & tooling design.
