Job Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with 5-Axis, 4-Axis, and 3-Axis HMC and VMC machines.
- Expertise in advanced tooling methodologies and cutting parameter optimization.
- Skilled in CNC programming for Fanuc and Siemens controls.
- Proficiency in design tools such as CATIA, UG NX, and AutoCAD.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player, capable of working effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshooting shop floor challenges in daily operations.
- Analyzing and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, weld plans, test plans, shift schedules, and planning documents.
Standards & Compliance:
- Knowledge of ISO standards: QMS (Quality Management System), EMS (Environmental Management System), and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety).
Work Flexibility:
- Willingness to work in rotating or multiple shifts as required.
