We, at L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions (a brand of Larsen & Toubro Limited), are looking for young. dynamic, aspiring minds as Diploma Engineer Trainees. This could be the opportunity of a lifetime if you have completed your Diploma graduation in the year 2024 from an Indian polytechnic institute.
Once on board, you will work along with some of the brightest minds in the industry. After successfully completing on-the-job training, you will be absorbed into the company’s rolls. The requirements are for our JV partners, L&T-MHI Power Boilers Private Limited, L&T-MHI Power Turbine Generators Private Limited and L&T-Sargent & Lundy Limited.

Eligibility for application
Diploma should be completed within 3 years and obtained in 2024 Minimum 60% in 10th standard and Diploma Engineering Age should be between 18-23 years as on July 1, 2024
