Required Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Scope of Work:
- Serve as a Piping 3D Modeler/Designer for assigned projects.
- Prepare documents related to stress analysis, including Line Index and Flexibility Analysis (Static/Dynamic) for piping systems.
- Develop datasheets for springs, expansion joints, struts, and snubbers.
- Review vendor drawings, conduct technical bid analysis, and incorporate comments.
- Check for clashes and incorporate clash-check comments.
- Coordinate and interface with other departments.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Review vendor drawings, 3D models, isometrics, and piping GADs.
- Manage document reviews, submissions, and incorporate feedback.
Key Result Areas:
- Prepare and review:
- Equipment layouts
- Piping GADs (General Arrangement Drawings)
- Isometrics
- Nozzle orientation and piping load data drawings
- Conduct piping routing studies and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
- Model piping and equipment in 3D environments (e.g., PDS, SP3D, PDMS).
- Prepare drawings in 2D environments (e.g., Microstation, AutoCAD).

- Proficiency in International/National codes and standards for layout and piping engineering.
- Experience with CAESAR II for stress analysis.

- External: Interact with vendors and clients.
