Challenges: individual local/legal requirements and adjustments:

• Manage and supervise the employees under his responsibility
• Develop the activity on an ongoing basis and ensure the efficiency of the team
• Ensure the continuous training of employees as needed
• Be the guarantor of the existence of the favorable climate in the team
• Maintain moderation techniques for meetings
• Have to manage conflicts
• Communicate, negotiate with different interlocutors
• Manage priorities
• Maintain quality planning for new projects
• Pilot projects quality
• Maintain technical changes products, processes and means.
• Maintain the approval procedures of the production processes according to customer requirements and internal procedures
• Manage, develop and validate quality reports
• Maintain the approval of new equipment
• Communicate, negotiate with the customer
• Master the methods of problem solving
• Master the quality tools PPAP / EMPB
• Master the quality tools, APQP
• Master the quality tools FMEA, Control Plan
• Master the statistical analysis SPC, MSA, CPK, CMK etc. ….
• Maintain the IATF 16949 standard
• Maintain the VDA 6.3 standard
• Maintain processes and production flows
• Develop relevant dashboards and monitor KPI’s indicators
• Maintain quality control according to customer requirements and internal procedures
• Maintain, Manage and comply with customer standards, WSD, and internal procedures.
• Realize internal audits (process and system)
• Maintain the use of the customer portal
• Maintain the technical documents of the client (drawing, additional drawing, technical change)
• Maintain the use of the Software Omnitracker
• Know the drawings, plans and specifications of the components / materials
• Maintain the use of Software Leoparts
• Mastering the use of Software Fors

Qualification:

• Level of education: Engineer
• Studies / branch of study / degree : Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive
• Work experience : Minimum of 3 years
• Leadership experience: Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
