Job description
- Hiring for a Production Manager to lead the Fitting Department which is a subdivision of the EYE Glass department at our plant cum warehouse based in Gurgaon.
- The fitting department is a team of fitters who fit the lenses/ eyeglasses into the frame. This is done with high precision manually.
Responsibilities
- Production Planning
- Manpower Scheduling
- Monitoring monthly production targets which are driven by annual production budget.
- Working closely with Cross-functional departments of quality and shipping
- Managing a team size of 100 – 120 workers/ fitters under his supervision
- Managing 4 supervisors directly
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in production department
- Experience working in assembly-line production is highly preferred
- Candidate must be based in Gurgaon currently or in Haryana for an easy commute to the plant
- Preferred Industries: Automotive, Industrial Engineering, Consumer Electronics
- Mandatory: B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering
