- good academic history.
- mastery of the principles of mechanical engineering
- having effective leadership and communication capabilities
- should display soft talents, such as effective communication and presenting abilities.
- the approach to tackling problems
- should be directly supervised by Job Engineers
- participation in model evaluations, safety studies, and weekly review meetings
- understanding of piping design documentation.
- coordination amongst departments throughout the project.
- MTO preparation and tight cooperation with the Material Controller to ensure prompt delivery to the yard
- Help the Senior Engineers with their general engineering responsibilities by assisting them in creating estimates, project timelines, cost breakdowns, preliminary reports, and other technical papers.
- Recognize and use industry standards, norms, and guidelines
