The Candidate Should have as below

Should have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in System Engineering of Aerospace/Space Sub-systems or system.
Should have very good knowledge of configuration management & system general arrangement.
Should have experience in Interface Management in multi-disciplinary projects
Should have experience in MATLAB/FORTRAN/C++
Should have hands on experience in CAD software like CATIA/UG NX.
Should be aware of PLM activities and knowledge on data Analytics will be preferred
Should be ready for frequent travels to customer & vendor locations.
Shall be responsible for vendor & customer interaction, Technical report writing & Presentation.

Should be able to perform detail design activities including manufacturing drawing preparation, Bill of material preparation and report preparation for Composite structures.
Should have hands on experience on composite module of CAD Softwares like CATIA V5/UG-NX.
Should have Basic knowledge about composite design & manufacturing methods
Should be ready for frequent travels to customer & vendor locations.
Shall be responsible for Technical report writing & Presentation.
Shall have experience in Aerospace Quality management systems viz AS9100
Experience in Qualification of processes, Testing would be an added advantage
Understanding of Type testing, Airworthiness and exposure to Cemilac would be prefered.

Design of electro mechanical & Electro Hydraulic system from first principles.
Preparation of engineering calculation, drawings & specification.
Selection of material based on application
Preparation of 3D Model and drafting of Mechanical system using UG NX, Solid works.
Preparation of Bill of material using PLM and release.
Selection of standard mechanical components.
Review and certify vendor drawings.
Shall have Knowledge & experience on PLM
In-depth Knowledge of manufacturing process
In-depth knowledge of GD&T, Tolerance stack up analysis.
Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication process.
Participates in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs.
Shall have knowledge of Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA.)
Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate, problem solve engineering activities effectively.

Job Description

Conceptualize design of subsystems & preparation of electrical schemes, System Requirements, system simulations
Detailed Engineering of Electronic systems & subassemblies based on functional, safety, ruggegization, environmental, EMI/EMC requirementments
Selection of electronic components, interconnects, generation of manufacturing drawings & releasing on the system
Coordination with various cross functional teams such as PMG, mechanical design, Software, Card development, Drives & Control system design to finalize the interfaces
Interaction with the customer and partners for finalization of technical aspects during detailed design
Guiding the manfacturing team for assembly & integration support

Skills Required:

Knowledge of E3/ Eplan, MatLab, PLM, EMI/EMC, AutoCAD, EDA schematic / simulation tools such as Candence
