Job Description
- Project-wise Allocation and monitoring of all assets related to P&M
- Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & review
- Program preparation for Optimum utilization of resources
- Monitoring hired P&M
- Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking
- Monitoring output from different P&M
- Identification of breaks downs & their risk
- Construction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers c) Matl.Handling Equipment- Cranes
- Const.Equipment- TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching plants, etc
- Minimizing idle P&M
- Erection of major plant and machinery
- Budget preparation for P&M
- P&M Cost monitoring
- Should handle both Roads and Bridges and Metro projects.
- Servicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment
- Preparation of DMR and analysis
