Minimum Qualification
B.TECH/B.E
- Preparation of 3D Models using UG NX, Solid works for WES Projects
- Preparation of 2D manufacturing drawings (Detailing) as per DEC Standardization practices & SOPs
- Design & BOM preparation of Enclosures using Pro-E/Creo/Solidworks (Consoles, Control Panels etc.)
- Regularization of Pro-E models in Solidworks & PLM for Platform Management Systems (PMS)
- Preparation of release sheets (regularization of Hardware items) for PMS portfolio
- Preparation of process connection diagram for Sensors (Piping & instrumentation Diagram)
Area of Exposure/Work Background:
- Hands-on experience in CAD (2D & 3D) for min. 3 years
- Preparation of detail designing & BOM for manufacturing, Layout drawings
- Knowledge of Enclosure Design, a fair understanding of IP ratings, various tests like Drop test, scratch test, etc.
- Awareness of fabrication & machining processes, GD&T
