Position: Supervisor – Mechanical Maintenance

Experience Required: 3 – 5 years

Key Skills Required:

• Preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance
• Heavy-duty CNC machines (HBM, radial drills, universal drill machines)
• Material handling equipment (EOT & wall traveling cranes, transfer trolleys, forklifts, stackers, etc.)
• Utilities equipment (compressors, grinders, welding machines, etc.)
• Analytical and problem-solving tools (Root Cause Analysis, Why-Why Analysis)
• Best practices: Kaizen, TPM, 5S
• SAP/ERP knowledge for material requisitions and purchase indents
• Familiarity with ISO, OHSAS, and EMS standards

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical or a related field

Job Responsibilities:

1. CNC Machine Maintenance:
   • Hands-on preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy-duty CNC machines (HBM, radial and universal drills).
2. Material Handling Equipment:
   • Maintain equipment such as EOT and wall traveling cranes, forklifts, transfer trolleys, and lifters.
   • Conduct maintenance at heights when required.
3. Utility Equipment Maintenance:
   • Oversee the upkeep of compressors, pneumatic/electrical grinders, and welding machines.
4. Tool Maintenance:
   • Inspect and maintain portable tools like grinders, hydraulic jacks, and metal-cutting saws.
5. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure adherence to ISO, OHSAS, EMS standards during all operations.
   • Maintain high safety standards during all maintenance tasks.
6. Process Optimization:
   • Implement industry best practices such as Kaizen, TPM, and 5S for continuous improvement.
   • Utilize analysis tools like Root Cause Analysis for troubleshooting and improving processes.
7. SAP/ERP Systems:
   • Manage material requisitions and purchase indents using SAP or similar systems.

Work Schedule:

• Shift duties as required
• Maintenance activities at heights when necessary
