Procurement & Sourcing

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)

Should have zeal to work, learn, and be self-motivated
Should be familiar with a minimum of SAP \ Excel \ and procurement terminologies
Experience in Revenue Items \ Raw Materials added advantage.
Responsible for maintaining \ identifying vendors, sourcing within the scheduled time with the required quality, which involves
Identifying and assessing potential vendors, analyzing their capabilities, and determining their suitability based on quality, price, and delivery timelines, and maintaining a database
Working with suppliers to secure favorable purchase agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Issuing purchase orders, tracking orders, and managing the procurement process from start to finish
Ensuring that purchased goods and services meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.
Analyzing procurement costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and implementing strategies to optimize spending
