Job description

Good drawing study and GD&T terminologies & application knowledge
Should possess experience in handling any or all of FANUC/HAAS FANUC/Heidenhain/Siemens Controller of 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machines
Should possess good experience in critical machining processes
Should pose a good understanding of fixturing concepts to perform On-Machine/Off-Machine Setting activities
Should have knowledge on various types of Defence & Aerospace Grade Raw Materials & their machining processes
Knowledge of developing CNC Programming for 3-4-5 Axis CNC Machining Centres, CNC VTLs & CNC Turn-mill Centres (Preferred)
Knowledge of the usage of Optical Probing Systems & LASER Presetting Systems is an added advantage
Knowledge on the latest cutting tools & fixturing equipment
Ability to do Systematic Root Cause Analysis & good Problem Solving capabilities
Domain Knowledge in ISO 9001 & AS 9100 systems is essential
Good Communication / Interpersonal Skills & ability to work in a team
Experience in Aerospace / Defence domains preferred
