- Specific knowledge: Engineering design calculations, various industrial components applications, CAD model preparation, FEA, and FMEA.
- Business understanding: Understanding of Tire Industry developments, Market growth in various tire segments, and customer/industry demands.
- Area of responsibility: Interaction with team members, knowledge sharing, and team leadership. Machine risk assessments and safety standards. Knowledge in the manufacturing process. Machine inspection and customer interface.
