Job Description
- Having a experience of Raw material inspection / MTC Review for boiler and pressure vessel as per ASME and IBR.
- The candidate has experience in raw material inspection and MTC review for boilers and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME and IBR standards.
- Knowledge of various national and international standards such as ASME, IBR, IS, EN, etc.
- Has experience in conducting inspections with customers and TPI inspection agencies.
- Good communication skills and experience in coordinating technical issues with customers and suppliers.
- Inspection at suppliers’ mill for inspection as per PO, TDC, and Material specifications
- Coordination with Mill and Suppliers for Quality documents i.,e MTC, reports, Testing records etc.
- Aware of NCR resolution and RCA-CAPA, and improvement actions at the supplier’s works.
- Drawing Reading Skill for various pressure parts and Raw material components.
